Register an Issue

1. How to register from the first screen

1-1. Select the 'Register' Button

Tap the 'Register' button on the first screen of the overview  page.

✔️ If there is no login record, you’ll be prompted to enter a password.

💡 If already logged in, you can also view the number of pending issues.

Tapping the button opens the issue creation screen.

2. How to create from the Issue Menu

2-1. Open the Facility Menu

On the main screen of the facilities page, tap the button in the upper right corner of the screen.

2-2. Select the 'Issue' menu

Select the 'Issue' menu.

✔️ If there is no login record, enter your password.

2-3. Tap the ‘+’ Button

On the screen accessed by selecting the 'Issue' menu, tap the ‘+’ button in the lower right corner.

Tapping the ‘+’ button brings up a screen where you can create an issue.

3. Registering an Issue During a Task

3-1. Tap the ‘Create an Issue’ Button

On the checklist screen, select the 'Create an Issue' button in the upper right corner.

Tapping the ‘+’ button will display a screen where you can create an issue.

4. Createing an Issue

4-1. Enter Issue Title

Enter the title of the issue.

✔️ The title can be up to 50 characters long.

4-2. Enter Contents (Optional)

You can enter a detailed content of the issue.

✔️ If the title is sufficient, entering contents are not mandatory.

4-3. Add Photos (Optional)

You can add photos related to the issue.

Click the 'Add' button to the right of 'Photo' and select photos to attach.

✔️ Up to 4 photos can be added.

4-4. Select a Task Checklist

Select the task checklist related to the issue.

Click under ‘issue info’ to open a popup where you can choose a checklist.

💡 If an issue is created during an task, the checklist selected at the start of the creation is automatically selected (can be edited)

After selecting the checklist, tap the 'Confirm' button at the bottom of the popup to complete the checklist selection.

4-5. Complete Issue Registration

Tap the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen to complete the issue creation!
